ProMini Warranty Agreement

Not applicable to discounted / discontinued products.

  1. We provide free repair service after our technician tested if the product damaged or out of work in normal using within 12 months. Not applicable to discounted / discontinued products.
  2. Customers are required to submit softcopy of original purchsing invoice and warranty card with model number and serial number written on. Within the warranty period, customer only need to provide the warranty card and the registered e-mail for identification before using our maintenance service from Magic-Pro's service center.Otherwise, the warranty card and the original purchasing invoice may need to present before having the maintenance services.If either one of the required document is missing for identification, then customer will be asking for the service charge of HK$50 for the testing and evaluation on the product. (Cost for the repair will be charged separately).

  3. Commencing from the date of purchase by the one-year warranty, a free of charge maintenance services will be provided immediately after our technician determined the failure occurred under the normal use by customer (Not applicable to discounted / discontinued products.). All the damaged parts will be kept by our company after replaced by a new parts. This warranty does not cover the impairment of the product casing and the product accessory which come with the packaging.
  4. If a service part of the defective product may not be able to provide due to a special reason within the warranty period then our company will has the right to use a  product with similar design/ function/ color for the replacement.
  5.  In the following cases, repair and maintenance services will automatically be ineffective: 
    (A) the product has been modified and repaired by a third-party.
    (B) failure occured due to misuse, abuse, accidents or natural disaster;  
          or damaged by another devices after connected; 
          or erosion by the surrounding environment; 
    (C) improper installation of the product or place the product inside a sealed environment; 
    (D) deletion, defaced or removed of the product's bar code; 
    (E) product used for commercial or other special purposes.
  6. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss due to improper use of our products.
  7. This warranty will not cover the compatibility of our product with all other peripheral devices, please confirm with your dealer before purchasing.
  8. Maintenance service is only applicable to Hong Kong.
  9. Terms and Conditions of this warranty are subject to change without any prior notice.
  10. In case of any dispute, Magic-Pro reserves the right to make the final decision.

(In case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.)
