The warranty service is registered within 14 days from the date of product purchase, and the company provides one year warranty service to customers (only the warranty period provided by individual products or accessories is different, please refer to the product description for details). Magic-Pro ProMini chargers and powerbank products are covered by Global products liability insurance within the one-year warranty period.
This warranty service is subject to the following terms:
- The warranty service is only applicable to the original licensed goods; second-hand goods, parallel imports and counterfeit goods are invalid.
- Please present the original invoice, warranty certificate and serial number of the product to the company's repair center for repair when the product is repaired, otherwise the warranty service is invalid and the customer must pay the service fee.
- When repairing or replacing the product, the company keeps using the same or higher model than the product or function. The model of the replacement product and whether it is charged are ultimately determined by the company. All replaced parts or objects are the property of our company.
- The customer can inquire the maintenance progress of the repaired product by phone or email (E-Mail), please collect the repaired product within 60 days from the date of issue, otherwise the company has the right to dispose the above items without any prior notice And does not accept any claims.
- This warranty service will automatically expire in the following cases, and the company has the right to refuse to repair the product or impose all inspection and repair costs on the customer.
i. The product has been repaired or modified by non-Company personnel.
ii. The product has been misused, mishandled, neglected, directly or indirectly accidentally damaged by fire, liquid, fire, corrosion, earthquake, war, riot or natural disaster.
iii. The model or product number attached to the product has been deleted or removed.
- The company will not be responsible for any system errors and data loss caused by use, repair or transportation, or losses caused by natural disasters or accidents.
- The company will not be responsible for any loss caused directly or indirectly due to product damage.
- Maintenance services are only available within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- If the product is delivered to the company's maintenance service point by delivery, all relevant round-trip delivery and its freight must be handled by the user in advance. The company is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping.
- The company reserves the right of final decision on all disputes.
